Improve experience for Asana only supporting up to 6 accounts at a time

As per the recent changes mentioned in these emails:

Your account has been affected by the latest update to Asana’s email policy. These changes are designed to enhance your account security and privacy. All of your data has been preserved. You can continue to navigate between your accounts using the Account Switcher.

my accounts have now been split.

However, Asana only supports 6 accounts at a time. As someone who does works with multiple domains, I have more than 6 accounts now. That’s fine, but the implementation of this could be improved. Right now I get this message when trying to add a seventh account:

Accounts limit reached

Asana only supports up to 6 accounts at a time. Adding a new account will replace your oldest account (xx@email.com).

I’d make these two suggestions for an improved experience:

  1. Rather than replacing the “oldest” account, replace the one that was the least recently accessed.
The oldest one might be the one I am using the most (as is the case right now, when I have been activating all my accounts one by one), or simply one I want to keep active.
  2. Add the ability to log out of ONE account rather than ALL at the same time. I don’t know why this isn’t already a feature. In this scenario, I want to log specifically out of one account that I know I am not going to use regularly, in order to free up a ‘space’ for the seventh account I am now trying to add. Logging out of ALL accounts and adding them back one by one is going to be so tedious, especially if I have multiple active accounts.

And of course another help (although does not disqualify the need for the two above) would be:

  1. Increase the number of accounts that can be added at a time.
