All images attached to tasks are not showing. Both in thumbnail preview and when clicked on, nothing shows. Our whole team is experiencing this bug.

Hi @Anne1, welcome to the Forum! I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. In order for us to investigate this, can you please confirm it the issue is happening in all Projects or only in the one in the screenshot? What type of files are you attaching to the tasks? Are they within the limit of 100MB per file? Also, does it happen in different browsers?

I tested it in Chrome, Firefox and Internet explorer and they all have this issue. It’s happening to all the images in all of our projects, even the profile pictures of our team members aren’t loading. I first noticed this yesterday, it was working fine before… The files are png and jpeg images, smaller than 100 MB.
