I need to request a refund!

Nice to meet you. I’m having a problem with my company’s Asana account. I was charged for the year’s subscription, and I want to request a refund. I’ve contacted support but haven’t received a response yet.

Could you provide me with a contact number or any way to find out how to get a response? I haven’t received a response, and I’ve already created my case.

It may take a couple of days for Support to reply. If you don’t receive a reply after a week, please add a post here, but I don’t think that will be necessary.
