My team is asking that I integrate Asana to Outlook which I can easily do, but the issue is, all the subtasks show up in Outlook when all I want to see is the main project on its due date. Is there a way to select what info is pulled from Asana into Outlook’s calendar to eliminate this information populating in outlook?

As mentioned in our Help Guide article for Outlook Calendar sync, subtasks will also sync to your external calendar.
There is no way to prevent this at this time. I hope this provides some clarity!
