How to view complete list of tags

I used to see the list of the tags I created in the lower left of my sidepane. Now it’s gone. When adding a tag to a task, I can enter a letter or two to see what tags match it, but I want to see the entire list to update it to a new format. How can I see the entire list on my sidepane again? Or elsewhere? I really liked it on the sidepane, though.
