When I change the contact customer field, I want to send a text message to the number listed in the field called Phone Number. I’m trying to find that field so I can put it in the Send SMS Text Rule. I added the @ but I’m thinking there’s a way to reference that field. I’m just not sure.

I don’t think that rule action supports “Variables” like some other rule actions that let you click a + sign and then choose from various fields to supply data values to the rule.
You could add a Product Feedback topic to request this and vote there with the Vote button.
