I’m not positive this will work, but you could either try this or just directly ask Support to help.

You could try adding hux to a team that you manage (you could create a new team). Click on the team name in the left panel to open the team page then get to Members then add hux there. After hux is listed in the Members list, remove him. That may then give you option to deprovision him; do that.
