How to Remove the “Sent via Asana” Footer from Automated Emails?

Hi everyone,

I’m using Asana forms and automations to send reminder emails (for example, for event confirmations).
Everything works well, but I noticed that each email automatically includes this footer line:

Sent via Asana: https://app.asana.com/…

This looks unprofessional for external recipients and also exposes internal project links.

Question:
Is there any way to remove or hide this “Sent via Asana” footer from automated emails?
If not, is this something available on Business or Enterprise plans, or can it be customized through integrations?

Would really appreciate any advice or workaround, or confirmation if this isn’t currently possible.

No, you cannot remove the “Sent by Asana” footer from emails sent directly from the Asana platform. The only way to send emails without this footer is to use an integration tool like Flowsana, which allows you to customize outgoing emails, including the footer content.
