A client recently came to us with the following request: “I have the link to an Asana form but I don’t know where the project is and where the tasks are going”.
Here’s what happened: he used to have a project template V1 with a form, and then the template was automatically turned into a V2 template but they kept using the old form’s link.
How did we find the project: we submitted the form with dummy but recognizable data (like use “Batman” for your name) and then ran a search for “Batman”. It lead us to our task submission and then to the project!
Please tell me this is clever
