How to link Custom Fields between Tasks and Subtasks

Dear All, We are working with a lot of subtasks and sub subtasks in an interdepartmental big project. We face the issue of not being able to link Subtask Custom Fields values with the Original task Custom fields, then we are not being able to have a proper automatic Work Flow or we need to do manual update back from the sub sub-task to the subtask and then to the original task.

Is there any way to link those three with a single custom field change? or do I need to change the tree manually when the sub sub task changes?
