Hi! So I have now switched from Workspace to Organization. I go to About my Organization….and I get the window uploaded here. So how do I add myself as the admin/super admin? I am the account owner and I also own the domain email.
Try these troubleshooting steps, then email support@asana.com.
(My Admin access dialog has “+ Add” buttons for Admins and Super Admins which you don’t have, so I’m not sure how else you could proceed.)
