Is there a way to create universal search results that would show all overdue tasks within a portfolio? I’ve been able to get close, by filtering to incomplete tasks within the last X days. However, this pulls in tasks due today as well (and therefore are not yet overdue) and is static, so even though I star the results, when I return the next day or week etc, the dates don’t update and the results don’t include more recent overdue tasks.
Last time I checked, you either had to enter a specific date range, or use predefined filters which do include Today.
People have been asking for an easy way to do this that doesn’t require maintenance (like using rules). Is this on the radar? can it be a subfunction of ‘sort’ ?
Similar boat here, and there is a simple reporting chart with this data, but no easy way to export the data from the chart, which is a huge failure IMO. Is there a way to export data from a "Reporting" dashboard chart?
I need a simple way to create a list (.csv would be ideal) of overdue tasks by employee, across ALL projects. You’d think this should be pretty easy, but it appears that it is not.
@Colleen14 the closest thing I have found is this request here, which if implemented, might allow to search for “overdue tasks” token instead of specific dates. Allow date tokens in advanced search fields, reporting/dashboards, and rules
