I am looking to find a away to have a program overview of all my project in asana, that can pull all the key dates from each project to the program overview look, if i look at my program overview I want to be able to see project 1, project 2, & project 3’s, kick off date pilot date and production date in a easy to view configuration, is this currently possible?

You’re describing the Portfolio feature. If you’re on the Business (legacy) or Advanced plans, you have this feature.
If not, there are some workarounds, potentially.

Thank you @lpb I have a asana business not sure if that is the (legacy) version but when I create a portfolio it doesn’t pull specific task dates to the overall portfolio view, is there a taring segment or maybe a youtube video you could share?
Yes, @Deklan, Business is a legacy plan but has portfolio access.
I recommend you make these key tasks be Milestone type tasks. They will be visible in the portfolio Timeline tab view. They will also be available in the Milestones column, which you can show by activating this toggle:
