how to contact support, chatbot not working

How on earth do I contact support or submit a ticket?

I cannot use the chatbot. When we first opened up the chatbot, there was a question about if you wanted to use the chatbot, and accidentally we clicked “No,” meaning we opted out of using the chatbot. Since then, it doesn’t work.

You may find that accessing the chatbot from an incognito browser window will help.
