How to build customer database using Sales Pipeline?

Hi Folks

Is it possible to build a customer database whilst using sales pipeline?
I’m currently managing incoming opportunities and then sales/project progress with it. It would be great if it could take the account name and populate this into a customer database? Is this possible? If not, what is the purpose of the account name field?

Just to clarify are you using another tool for your sales process or have you got a template set up for this process?

Hey,
I use XERO for accounting and Tradify for our quotes/invoices/CRM.

But i’m using Sales Planner for our organising. There must be an option to create a customer database within asana? Or if it can export it?

Any advice would be epic!
