Hi, we would like to purchase ASANA, but we would need to understand if it is possible to create a customer registry to be able to recall the customer when we create the new project without having to rewrite it every time.

You could do this in different ways depending on need and plan level.
A simple approach would be to have a Customer Registry project where each project is a customer “record.”
When you create a new project, you could multi-home (add to project) the existing customer record into the new project as well, or link it in the new project’s description (turns into vanity link automatically), or both.
