How do we get notifications as a collaborator if a due date is changed on a task? I want an inbox notification if an assignee pushes back a due date that I’ve assigned.

Hi @Brooke_Christensen , the easiest way to do this is to create a rule that when due date is changed, (optionally add an IF condition) then add a comment on the task, eg. “The due date was changed to {due date} by {rule triggerer}.

(the variables can be added into the comment using the + icon)

The comment will be posted by Asana and will create a notification in every collaborator’s Inbox. So this could get incredibly ‘noisy’ so make use of your rule’s condition, such as ‘if these assignees’, or ‘if these types of tasks’ etc.

If you are on Enterprise you could create this rule in a Bundle so that you can add it to multiple projects.
