The monthly invoices I receive don’t include the necessary VAT information my organisation requires to actually get them approved. It seems impossible to find someone to talk to which is so frustrating

I think your best bet is to contact support (see below) and see if they can resolve your issue, and ask if you have a rep assigned to your account that you can contact directly.
To create a support ticket, go to www.asana.com/support (make sure you are logged in to Asana) > click the chat icon at the bottom right > type “speak to an agent” > click “Yes” > click “Something Else” > click “Create a support ticket.”
