How can I recover collaboration workspaces once the trials have expired? I tried to pay out of pocket but my payment will not process.


We have been running projects on a trial basis and we added trial vendor collaboration workspaces. I tried to renew our workspaces multiple times, but the payment would not process. Would you please advise?


Also, how do I recover the work/projects I had saved in the workspaces?
