If I want to apply a filter, I will apply it. Yet ever time I open Asana it has automatically applied a filter to the tasks. I don’t need Asana to tell me what I want. How do I get Asana to stop imposing this filtering on my projects?

In a project, remove or otherwise adjust the filter, then immediately after note the blue dot’s appearance; click it and Save for everyone:
