I currently work two roles but it would be helpful to be able to record the actual time spent working for each role so I have evidence to use when advising management which role is the most time consuming. Is there a way of recording actual time working on each task?
Hi @Donna_Fellowes , it is not currently available to log actual time as two different roles.
But one way to achieve this is to add a single-select field in your My tasks, with two options (your two roles). Then you can set a value of role for each of your tasks. And in your My tasks, you can add a Dashboard tab with charts that show the total actual time per role, per week/month etc.
