We have a team utilizing Asana for multiple projects. Email notifications completely stopped coming in for our entire organization sometime in mid-October. We have confirmed all user and admin email notifications are set up properly. We utilize Google for our organizations email provider, and asana email addresses have not been marked as spam or blocked, even after adding asana domains to our allow lists, we still do not get Asana email notifications. We have been in contact with support, but so far no progress. Any tips or suggestions are welcome!
Also, a potentially related, but more complex issue, we are also running into issues with a few users no longer being able to create tasks in projects via email. For that, tickets are received via HelpScout emails, then utilizing the Zapier app to ‘Zap’ the ticket normally creates a task in an Asana project without issue. We have made no changes to any settings and all apps involved are web apps, and only some users are affected by this issue. I know the root cause for that could lie with other apps involved in that process, but thought I would include that in case anyone has experienced something similar.
