Having trouble removing team members incorrect emails

Hi, I have a new team member I need to add to my project and Team but I can’t add her as she was previously added twice with incorrect email addresses and I have removed both accounts but am unable to add the correct account without it registering it as the old account. Does that make sense?

It seems there is a pending invite for the incorrect email address. If you have a free Organization, I recommend you removing the “pending user” following these steps.

If you have a a paid Organization, your admin would need to cancel/remove the email address of the user from the Admin Console.

You should still be able to re-invite the team member with the right email address, are you receiving an error message?
