How do you change a guest to a member without re-inviting them?
Are you talking about a team member or project member?
I’d like to move a guest to an organization member so they have access to update custom fields.
If I am not mistaken, the status guest vs member depends on their email address and whether or not they have your company email address. @Marie can you confirm please?

thank you! if we switch the guests info to be with the organization email, is it as easy as that? or do the have to resign up losing their current tasks?
All you need to do is ask your colleagues to add their email address matching your Org domain following these steps; https://asana.com/guide/help/fundamentals/settings#gl-add-email. As soon as they do, they will automatically be converted into full members!
