Has anyone encountered this before? Some how we have 2 guest accounts under the same name (Sam Menedez. One of their accounts isn’t listing an attached email, thus he cannot login to that account. Should I just transfer his old tasks to the “new” account attached to his email?

If the Guest has two Asana accounts, we recommend them to merge them following these steps. By doing so, you will only see one Guest under that name, they will be able to access all their projects and tasks from one account and you wouldn’t need to transfer his projects.
If they only have one email address but still appear as two users, I recommend you to contact our Support Team as I don’t have the tools in the forum to investigate this further.
