Ghost Task across multiple Workspaces

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
I have a task I can’t get rid of or interact with that shows up in the home section in multiple workspaces. The task does not show up in my task lists though. The problem is only on the web and Android versions of Asana. The Windows Desktop App doesn’t show the ghost task.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Home in the workspace.
   Browser version: Chrome Version 104.0.5112.102 (Official Build) (64-bit) and Asana for Android.

I was mistaken. This bug only occurs in the web version of Asana.

Could you please clear your cache on your browser and uninstall/reinstall the device on your Android?
