Is it possible, to get a notification if someone archives a project, where I am a member
Not at the moment. Only a project deletion will notify at least the owner (maybe others, I am not entirely sure)
Agree with @Bastien_Siebman
Also, I believe project deletion notifies project members, and the user deleting the project receive a link to retrieve the project for 30 days.
