get unanswered questions answered

So I usually have many technical tasks that we have for a project.
Sometimes we require some extra info from the BRD person who wrote the requirements and general questions.
We spend alot of time on email chains trying to get answers, but it would be nice to highlight there are outstanding questions for a project/task.
What is the best way to approach this? comments on an Asana Task and move the Task to a ‘Need Clarification’ column/status. A Conversation that you can maybe highlight and say need answered that somehow links to a project Task(s).

The Cry for Help rule might be what you are looking for.

Even if you don’t use Rules but have users manually add the Task to a Project called Ask A Question or similar it might be of use.
