I have the FreshBooks extension installed on my Chrome browser, but I am not seeing the timer available when I open a task in Asana. Has anyone else encountered this problem? It used to work but it seems the functionality has been lost.
It is possible Asana changed their layout or just technical names for elements, and that would definitely break the integration. You should reach out to FreshBooks, they are probably the ones that did the integration.

Thanks! I’ll check with FreshBooks and post an update back here in case anyone else is having this issue.
