Form Banner Image Quality (After uploading it gets compressed to a lower quality)

I am creating a form and when I insert a banner it gets compressed to a lower quality after I save.
Here’s my image on an 800x120 canvas in illustrator

And here’s how it turns out on the form

I have already visited this conversation and this conversation and they stated the problem is because the image is not 800x120, so I made the size of my images are 800x120 px and they look bad so therefore I think that the problem is that an 800 pixel wide image is too small.

If so, I’d love help requesting this size gets increased.

If I’m on the wrong track, someone please help

This is a built-in Asana feature to compress the banner size for quicker loading and better performance.

As an attempt you can do the following:

• Check the file type.
• Check if it works on (1667 x250 ).
