I’m uploading a banner photo and I designed it for the dimensions of the banner but when I look at the preview, the link preview, and just the form itself they’re three different sizes. Can someone help me with this?

Can you please elaborate on what exactly you are referring to?
The banner on top of the form?
The image dimensions for the header banner are 800 x 120 pixels.
Where can you see the other sizes you mention?

I have the photo dimensions and I designed the banner accordingly. When I upload the photo it’s fine but when I look at the preview of the photo on the banner the photo shifts, same thing with the link preview of the photo it shifts a different way, and just the form itself the photo is different. It doesn’t stay the same.
Was there any solution here? I’ve seen the same issue time and time again and haven’t found a fix myself. It makes trying to add banners to our forms difficult and often we wind up just giving up…
