Flowsana is working as I need it to to attach subtasks based on the rules set up. However, I’ve determined that it is skipping subtasks that have images in the description (explaining workflow). I’ve refreshed data in Flowsana, created a new rule to see if an old code was stopping it and created a “test” without an image that carried over with no problem.
Is this a known issue? If not, is there a step I’m somehow missing?
