Hello, I’m trying to integrate Flowsana rules with my Asana projects but non of the rules will trigger.
All the workflows show “Active” and “Last Run” time stamp but nothing happens in Asana.
Would appreciate any suggestions to why this is not working. Thx//Leo

Flowsana creator here. We try to keep this forum geared toward Asana support; for Flowsana support, please send a support email to us which will go into our ticketing system so we can track it, etc.
For this particular case, when you write in, please go to a task where a rule didn’t behave as you expected, use the Copy task link option on it, and send in that task link along with the name(s) of the rule(s) that you expected to run on that task but didn’t. That will let us look in our logs to see what’s happening. Thanks!
