I use Board view for week-by-week social media content planning and label tasks with tags (for example: channel = Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). For better visual scanning, I’d like tag names to always be visible on the front of each task card, similar to how custom fields can be shown. This would make it much faster to understand channel/type at a glance without opening each task.

Just thinking of potential workarounds, is there a reason why you cannot use a custom field to report on this information?
Another identifier I use a lot, is emojis whether you could have a specific emoji in the task title to act as the identifier for each channel?
Hi @Sara25 , we never use tags but I thought this was already possible. Perhaps it’s not on by default anymore..?
Can you try going to Options (in the top right area) and Show/hide fields and find Tags in the list to switch them on?

@Richard_Sather - I think OP may be referring to the tag text. As opposed to just the tag icon.
And if this were ever implemented, I’d love that “always visible” behavior to be optional. I can understand why some folks might want to see the tag text itself displayed; tags are one of the few areas where I, personally, would not want the text displayed on the card. The icon alone gives us the right level of information density.
