Exporting Tasks to MS Planner/MS ToDo?

@Katlyn - I don’t believe there is a pre-built integration for planner specifically. I believe you can link to Outlook, but not to tasks (just create calendar events for tasks, I think). You can read more about the full suite of Microsoft integrations available here.

If you have technical people on your team (or want to give it a shot yourself), you could try using PowerAutomate (Microsoft’s workflow automation tool) to do this, see this post for some ideas:

Hi! It works to some extent with using Power Automate, as mentioned. I have setup this on my power automate account and create a «flow» using the trigger «When a task is assigned to me». When someone in Planner is assigning me a task it will appear in MyTask. You could choose to create a task in other projects.
