As an agency, it is important that we be able to export all of our project timelogs in one spreadsheet so we can invoice our clients monthly. Having to export them individually inevitably means that we will lose track of one or more. I can’t ask our bookkeeper to manage upwards of 50 different reports for invoicing each month.
I don’t like the Harvest integration, it’s clunky and there’s features in Harvest that I also think are missing. I’d love to use Asana exclusively but can’t unless we can do this.

We have this problem!! It would be amazing if the export output was also fully comptabile with excel, the data is not usable and we have to do everything manually for the P+L for all our 10+ projects.

@Sara_Peterson1 @Olivia_Palma You can generate detailed time tracking reports using the Screenful add-on. You can aggregate data from any number Asana projects into one report, and you can schedule them to be sent daily/weekly/monthly to the selected recipients.
You can export data in CSV or run automated exports with a schedule.
It works with Asana’s native time tracking field (Actual time), and you can track hours logged by a specific individual with the selected date range. You can learn more from this guide.
