I’m gradually experimenting with using AI-Studio.
The steps are as follows:
- Forward emails to Asana.
- In AI-Studio (GPT-5 mini), create a 100-character summary of the task description (originally the email body) and enter it in the custom text field. This costs 350 credits per email.
- Every morning, I use AI-Studio (GPT-5 mini) to compile tasks (emails) from the past three days and create a summary task. I register them in chronological order in the task description field, adding a link to the original task and a summary. This costs 400 credits per task.
- Review the summary task and check its contents. For tasks (emails) that require further review, I open each task (email) and check its contents in detail.
After using it for a few days, I’m very satisfied with the results.
Addendum: Why do this?
- Every day, the team receives notification emails from the organization.
- These are separate from emails related to the main business. They are used to communicate with the entire organization and to horizontally spread any troubles inside and outside the organization.
- However, in order to carry out the main tasks smoothly, it is necessary to confirm the details and make them known to team members.
- Therefore, all emails need to be read through, digested, and forwarded to team members with comments.
- Some emails only need to briefly convey the main points. Some emails require detailed explanation. Some emails have different levels of importance.
- Processing the above takes at least some time.
