Estimated Time field not visible in some projects

The “Estimated time” field is part of my project template and appears in some projects’ list views, but not others. I can’t figure out how to make it visible in projects where it is hidden. Did the feature become inaccessible once the free trial ended and we were moved to the Premium plan?

Yes, I think you diagnosed it correctly. Time Tracking is a feature for Business and Enterprise plans only:
