Howdy,

Does anyone have a favorite Employee Performance Review template they like in Asana?

Also, just in general, but does anyone have any good advice or resources for conducting these types of business meetings/processes? Would love to hear what the current paradigm is for employee reviews both in the startup and mature company world?

I previously posted about our performance review process here:

I’ve actually scaled it back a bit now, and I don’t use a separate workspace. I use a private project instead, and I don’t bother with the different tags for behaviours. We just discuss that as part of the performance review.
