There is a problem with emojis. These completely prevent titles and sections from being displayed despite them appearing correctly elsewhere…
Steps to reproduce:
Put an emoji as the 1st character of a Project’s Name or a Section Title in the list view.
Browser version:
Up to date Google Chrome Version 119.0.6045.159 (Build officiel) (x86_64)
What version of Asana are you using (Basic/Premium/Business/Enterprise)?
Got accounts on all plans and it is the same issue
Hi @FrançoisMénard welcome to our Community and sorry to hear about this trouble. I can’t seem to be able to replicate this issue on my end. Can you confirm if the issue persists in incognito or in a different browser?
Yes, I still have this issue. As you can see in the screenshot, this happens in both incognito and normal mode in Chrome, same thing in the Brave browser and in the Asana desktop app. Safari is the only one that correctly displays emojis in titles and sections at this moment.
Hi @Vanessa_N , just to let you know that the problem was caused by a conflict between fonts with “Connect Fonts”. I haven’t yet been able to clearly identify the responsible font since I radically disabled all of the active fonts. Thanks for your time.
