Embedding Form URL into a button visible on an Asana Project it links to.

My team and I are using forms to capture queries for work. These queries are pulled into a project which we use on board view. I haven’t found a way other than creating a dummy task with the URL of the form for team to use when submitting a query. Can the form URL be embedded into a button in the project in Asana?

Hi @Nidhi_Yadav, welcome to the Asana Community Forum :wave:t2:

Users can open and use the form by accessing the Project > Clicking Forms > View Form to the right of the page.

This will open the form in a new tab for the user to fill in!

I hope this helps

Yes, I have tried this. However a colleague was able to amend the form once he selected form from the drop-down. How can I prevent this?

Hi @Nidhi_Yadav, any users with edit access in the project will be able to edit the form. At this time, it’s not possible to lock forms or prevent them from being updated.
