in order for us to save in costs and since we really like to keep things in Asana only,
i wonder if there is any way to embed video and images in asana tasks in order to Crete SOP’s?
it seems quite obvious that a tool like asana will have these feature, but the attachment options do not have any way to keep videos and images in the right order, and one after the other so that it is form in a way SOP’s are, and in a way that it is easy to follow.
of course that there is an option to attach word or any similar files that can be a solution, but it would be much easier if there was a straight forward approach to it in Asana, and i wonder if you can help us with that or any recommendation in this matter.
if there isn’t any way to do that, please recommend us for the best apps or any integration tools that might work the best with Asana for creating SOP’s in general.

As it stands, it is unfortunately impossible de embed pictures or video into your task description, but it is a pretty popular request in the Forum; if you haven’t yet, I’d highly recommend adding your vote to this #productfeedbackthread which is essentially the same request!
While I can’t promise when this will be implemented, I’ll make sure to keep you posted as soon as I have an update
Me three! I’m looking at Asana mainly becuase I was looking for a way to do SOP’s and automate renewing policy comprehension (and onboarding with day 1 being the first instance of the renew process) Seeing as video and list boxes can be done in excell, what we’re asking for isn’t too far fetched.
We can embed images now, but as far as I know we still can’t embed video. Since everything is saved in the cloud these days, it would be nice to be able to embed video when, for example, adding end products as attachments to completed tasks for ease of reference, or adding recordings of Teams meetings when using tasks as a meeting template with action items coming out of said meeting added as sub-tasks, so the necessary context for any sub-task is right there in the parent task. I think both the Asana team and Asana users have an interest in solutions that keep users from having to leave the site.
