Emails with subject: Updated Tasks in [project] due date error

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the Bug you’re experiencing:
Due date appears to be this year but is in fact 3 years off

Steps to reproduce:
Assign a due date beyond this year with notifications on. Generated notifiation email will appear as shown. In this case, each due date is actually in the year 2022.

Browser version:
Chrome current, but doesn’t matter
