I have my team sending email threads into projects as they complete these adhoc tasks. The issue is we have embedded links in signatures and when they select add email as comment it comes through as long threads of text instead of the shortened hyperlinks. This makes the comments long. I know they delete some of the text, but does Asana have an enhancement coming that would facilitate a cleaner task creation in this process?
Good question. That problem is the reason why I don’t like emailing comments or emailing tasks to Asana for that matter… Why don’t everybody work in Asana directly?
