Drop Down option for second level of Subtasks on List

+1
this would be really helpful

Would love to see this too. ClickUp has an implementation of this that works well.

Is there a way we can view subtasks of subtasks in the List (or any other view)?

Apologize if this question was already asked, I am a new bee :).

Welcome, @SriYa! I’ve moved your post to an existing thread on this topic. The short answer: sadly, this is not yet possible. You can use the vote button near the topic title to lend your support; hopefully Asana will consider developing this!

Hello all! Garrett here, a Group PM Lead focused on our core project management features. We hear you, and we’re working on this. There are a number of features we have prioritized that get us to this state, but it’s in design and product scoping

Amazing news, @Garrett_Knoll! Really exciting that Asana is prioritizing some of these longstanding QOL updates to the core product in addition to all the great stuff coming on the AI Studio front.

For what it’s worth, we are very excited about how AI Studio is unlocking so much value for our customers (and even for us internally, it’s low key mind blowing!), but at the end of the day, AI Studio is only as successful as the product foundations - particularly the quality of Projects, Tasks and Subtasks - that it’s built on. Which is an area I’m personally very passionate about!

Hello, I’d like to be able to expand my subtasks and view them in list view. Can we get this feature in the sprint please?

I really need this feature. I know that building deep hierarchy is discouraged but sometimes it’s unavoidable and the current limitations make it very difficult to orient myself in the kind of structures which are complex and would really need a way to have a clean view the most. A tree view similar to what Azure DevOps boards have would be priceless.
