What I’m trying to do
I’d like to downgrade my account back to the free plan after my trial ended. That was my initial plan, and I want to return to it.
What I’ve tried so far
I looked for downgrade options in my account settings, but nothing comes up. The only option I see is to upgrade or purchase a paid plan.
What’s not working / confusing
There doesn’t seem to be any clear way to switch back to the free plan. Everything just points me toward upgrading, so I’m stuck and can’t figure out how to downgrade.
And when you click on the blue button, the next screen should have an option to downgrade to the Personal plan, perhaps written along the top, in a small grey font, from what I recall.
Related to what we spoke about earlier, can you reply to this thread too?
Re the screenshot @Jerry25 showed: Does that mean that they already added paid features (it sure sounds that way from the way it’s worded) so returning to the free plan will block access to any of their projects where that’s the case?
