For our design requests, I want only Executives on our team to be able to mark things as urgent.

. Thank you for reaching out!
You could limit permission to “comment only” to those members you don’t need them to edit Custom Fields or any other field. Please note that by giving the comment only access, these members will only be able to:
- Comment on the task
- Add / Remove Attachments
- Modify Task Followers
- Like Tasks or Comments
