Hi, my colleague and I both have the starter package but he has a counter for task and project like this (0/0) for subtask, counter for intergrated app and project. Is this some kind of setting in Asana?

It’s not a setting; it’s a change in the display of the task pane that’s currently rolling out to all users. According to Asana it should be 100% rolled out in the next few days so you should both have it by then.
