After using Asana Business for about a year and having programmed all of our companies’ processes in it, we opened Asana this week to find out it was back to an unpaid basic Asana.
No templates, no timetracking, no start dates, no workload etc.
Asana gives the notification: “You we’re on an Asana plan that’s not offered anymore. We’ve updated our plans to improve your experience. Upgrade to one of our new plans.”
We went into our e-mail and found that because of changing banks, we missed a payment. The e-mails about the plan and the payment were missed because that e-mails with invoices go directly to our invoicing software.
Now everything is back to the basic unpaid Asana. Everything we build in Asana and that we rely on in our business is gone. How can we repair this? How can we make sure we get our data (tracked time, estimated time, templates, Workload, start dates) back?
We are trying to reach Asana held desk but no response since Monday. Can anyone help us?
In the meantime, make sure to wait for a reply from Support; if you send new emails to the thread you opened before a reply, each may cause you to move to the end of the queue.
Thanks for the quick reply Larry.
We are waiting for 3 days now. Help desk says they reply in 2 hours… We will make sure we send new e-mails in the thread we already sent.
Hope the forum team can help us expedite this problem!
O sorry I read it wrong. Thanks for correcting me. That’s weird though. If you have an urgent matter and you keep on replying, you will go down in the queue. That’s harsh…
