Resetting my current asana page back to a blank slate for a new business

I bought the annual subscription (6 months ago) for myself at my last job to keep me focused. I recently quit my job and started an LLC, I would like to reset my current Asana account back to square one of “factory setting” if you will. Has anyone been successful resetting their Asana?

I have tried:
Deleting all I can - still finding tidbits of old projects
Reaching out to the Chat Bot
Submitting Tickets
Chatting through email with two different agents - Emailing is not a quick fix

I’m a 4 days into chatting through email and unfortunately I am paying for the annual + work still has to get done without this tool. HELP!
